Destination: Downtown Upper Darby
Upper Darby Township has welcomed the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and a Technical Assistance Panel (TAP) of 15 subject matter experts to explore one of the township’s busiest business districts in a study called Destination: Downtown Upper Darby.
Over two days onsite (April 10 and 11, 2025), the panel will tour the area, meet with nearly 40 stakeholders and ultimately provide a report with recommendations for developing entertainment, retail, restaurants, and public spaces in the Downtown District to better serve residents and attract visitors.
The event is hosted by Upper Darby Township Community & Economic Development.
