Good Afternoon,
This is Mayor Ed Brown of Upper Darby Township, and I'm excited to personally invite you all to our 7th Annual International Festival this weekend! Join us on Saturday, September 28th, from 1 PM to 6 PM at 100 Garrett Road. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, our rain date is October 5th. For the latest updates, check our Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/upperdarby.
Come on out and enjoy our Culinary Corner featuring food trucks, cooking demonstrations, and a beer and wine garden. Upper Darby Township truly lives up to its motto, "The World in One Place"; so get ready to savor a variety of international cuisines from our local restaurants.
We also invite you to celebrate your heritage in our signature "Parade of Flags"! Feel free to bring flags that represent your family's diverse background and wear traditional attire, though neither are required to participate.
Enjoy live entertainment from the Upper Darby Shooting Stars, Jolly Das, University City Bhangra Dancers, and the absolutely Amazing Los Bomberos, among others. There will be something for everyone, including unique vendors, photo opportunities, and our incredible Kid’s Zone filled with crafts, games, sports, and activities to keep the whole family entertained.
Once Again, this is Mayor Ed Brown inviting you all to come experience Upper Darby . . . The World in One Place!
