Upper Darby Township Council meets on the second floor of the Upper Darby Municipal Building at 100 Garrett Road; Upper Darby, PA 19082. Meetings begin at 7:00 PM local time. Please enter through the One Center on the ground level and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Those who wish to speak at the Public Forum can sign in between 6:30-6:55 p.m. Meetings are streamed live at https://www.youtube.com/upperdarbytwp. Older meetings are posted in list form HERE. Council Minutes, Agendas, Ordinances, Resolutions and Staff Reports from each meeting can be found below. Minutes are not immediately available and are only posted on the calendar (list view), for each meeting, after they are approved by Council.
