Upper Darby Township Community & Economic Development is pleased to announce funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), Upper Darby Program Year 50-Public Services for the period: January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program was created to provide communities with economic opportunities that lead to vibrant, attractive, safe and sustainable commercial and residential communities. Please review the materials provided here, as subrecipient application procedures have changed in order to provide applicants with more information regarding the process and additional ways that the community may provide feedback.
