Please be advised that beginning on January 1st, 2024, Upper Darby Township permit fees will be increasing per Resolution Number 27-23 amending The Upper Darby Township Code, Part II, Chapter 290, Fees and Part II, Chapter 550, Subsection 550-39, Fees

ALL ONLINE PAYMENTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PERMIT APPLICATION, YOUR RECEIPT IS NOT A PERMIT. 

Fees may be paid by check, money order or online at upperdarby.org/codepay and application must be sent to LI@UPPERDARBY.ORG or 100 Garrett Rd. Room 109.

Below are forms for some of the most frequently applied for permits and licenses. Please note that this list is not all-inclusive and is subject to change. It is the owner/applicant's responsibility to be aware of and apply for all required permits. Work may not begin until the required permits are issued by Upper Darby Licenses & Inspections.
