Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010" will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday July 26, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The Board will consider matters within its jurisdiction and will receive testimony from persons who would be affected by the Granting of these Applications for Special Exception, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid ordinances.

7-1 of 18: Application of Upper Darby Township for relief from Article III, Section 501 to allow a 10 rear yard setback where 25 is required for a necessary storage structure; situate 7236 West Chester Pike; Upper Darby, PA 19082. C-1 Traditional Neighborhood Commercial District, 7th District, 10th Precinct.

7-2 of 18: Application of Mobilitie, LLC for a Variance for relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow the replacement of a wood PECO utility pole and installation of wireless backhaul transport equipment in R-3 Zoning District which does not allow wireless communication facilities by right; situate 83 S. State Road; Upper Darby, PA 19082. R-3 Residential Zoning District, 4th District, 3rd Precinct.

7-3 of 18: Application of Christos Nikolos for Variance for relief from Article III, Section 301 to allow base floor area previously used as office space to be converted into a two-bedroom apartment and Variance from Article VIII, Section 801 for relief from off-street parking requirements; situate 216 Long Lane; Upper Darby, PA 19082.
