Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Hearing Board under "The Upper Darby Ordinance of 2010" will hold a regularly scheduled Public Hearing on Thursday August 31, 2017 at 7:00 P.M. in the Municipal Building, Council Room, Second Floor, located at 100 Garrett Road, Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. The Board will consider matters within its jurisdiction and will receive testimony from persons who would be affected by the Granting of these Applications for Special Exception, Variance or Appeal from the terms of the aforesaid ordinances.

8-1 of 17: Application of Joseph and Kathie McGonigal, for relief from Article VIII, Section 801.B.5 to allow parking in the front yard which is prohibited in residential districts.; situate 929 Addingham Ave. (aka 5030 Bond Avenue), Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. R-2 Residential Zoning District, 1st District 2nd Precinct.

8-2 of 17: Application of Dung T. Ngo, for a variance to exceed the maximum projection of a front yard patio from 10 to 15; situate 103 Academy Lane; Upper Darby, Pennsylvania. R-3 Residential Zoning District, 4th District 6th Precinct.
