  1. Resolution No. 54-17, a Resolution to RE-INSTALL parking meter # 1183 that is situated on the parallel side of Township Line Road
  2. Resolution No. 55-17, a Resolution to establish “No Parking” on the 4700, 4900 & 5000 blocks of Township Line Road on the southeast side of the road

  1. Public Hearing for Ordinance No. 3041, an Ordinance of Upper Darby Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania authorizing that part of certain unencumbered appropriations allocated by the annual Budget for Upper Darby Township for the year 2017 be transferred from various departments, offices and agencies to other departments, offices and agencies within the Township. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.

Resolution No. 56-17, a Resolution of Upper Darby Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania approving the application of Nolen Properties, LLC, to further develop .74 acres with renovations of a former school (St. Alice School) into 50 age-restricted dwelling units. The proposed renovations include additions to an existing building to create a five-story 50-unit multi-family apartment building for elderly residents on the north side of Walnut street, between Copley Road and Hampden Road
  2. Resolution No. 57-17, a Resolution of Upper Darby Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania authorizing the Mayor to sign an inter-municipal cooperative agreement with the County of Delaware which will allow the Upper Darby Police Department to participate and receive funds from the United States Department of Justice’s 2017 Edward Byrne Memorial Grant Program
